My journey into being a coach started with years of physical and emotional pain, leading me to search for a way to feel better. Then in 2015, I found the answer. I immediately trained as a coach/facilitator to share the understanding that helped me. Then I came off the medications I no longer needed as my life had changed entirely.
Since then, I have been attending post-graduate coaching programs and honing my skills. Now I help share an understanding of psychological well-being and resilience to others that is a natural evolution towards a more balanced and peaceful way of life once we understand our mind's workings.
